Your fee level is assigned when your site is prequalified. Nothing is due until then. The monthly IRB inclusion fee begins when onboarding begins and covers onboarding and review. If a site is not authorized following the IRB Onboarding Call, billing stops and no further charges are made.

Authorization decisions are made independently of how a site pays or who referred it. PepMD does not require merchant processing or any other service through any organization.

How it works

  1. Step 1. Register interest

    Submit your site and principal investigator details.

  2. Step 2. Prequalification (same day)

    Your NPI and license details are checked against the national registry.

  3. Step 3. Begin onboarding

    Work through the onboarding modules and complete your documents.

  4. Step 4. IRB Onboarding Call and authorization

    Meet with the IRB consortium. Authorization follows review.
